How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Shipping through UPS generally means that packages will arrive within 3-5 days. Noting that weekends there are no deliveries and the times can vary.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on item quantity and weight. Customers can review their order and shipping costs before finalizing payment.
IMPORTANT: Customers must provide a secure and accurate address. Refunds will not be issued for orders marked as delivered by carriers (USPS/UPS/DHL). The company is not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows delivery to the provided address. Double-check your address to avoid issues.

RETURNS
About Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused item to the us for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
IMPORTANT: All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. No exception will be made on items worn, trained in, or washed. Original shipping & return charges will not be refunded. We will cover only reshipping fees from us to you on exchanges.
DISCLAIMER: All Exchanges, Refunds, and Store Credit are ultimately pending approval upon receipt and inspection of the returned gear. No exceptions will be made.
How can I return an item?
If you need to return an item, simply please email customer support at leaopretomma@outlook.com for a return authorization code.
For any order inquiry please include your order # in the email.
How long will my return take to process?
Once your return is received and inspected by the customer service staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. For safety/privacy concerns we have no access to this information, and a phone call to your bank and credit card company are the best way to track the progress of the refund.
Can I exchange for a different item or different size?
We cannot guarantee availability of all sizes and styles at all times. We highly recommend inquiring with our customer service team at leaopretomma@outlook.com regarding other size and style availability before returning an item.
